1. AFP News offers a multimedia credit system that allows you to download all available formats.

The credit value of the content is as follows:

Archives:

Content is classified as an archive 10 days after publication for photos and infographics. Archives do not apply to text articles or videos.

IMPORTANT : When one of your team members unlocks a document subject to credits, it becomes available to the whole team for 24 hours.

2. How to identify a document's value?

  • Documents included in your subscription, accessible without spending credits:
[NEW✨]An icon representing an open lock is displayed on the document. It allows you to quickly identify the content included in your subscription.
The icon can be found on all media types: Text article, Photo, Video, Infographics and Social Stories.

Some AFP articles (Flash, Alerts, Urgent) have this icon, because you receive them free of charge regardless of your subscription. Press releases (which do not come from AFP) do not display this icon, even though they are always free to read.

  • Document subject to credits :
A document subject to credits displays a grey box that upon rollover indicates the credit value.

Here is an example of an account that subscribes to AFPTV Sport in French:

Videos included in this product have the icon "included in your subscription".
The others display their value in credits upon rollover.
