Clickable document ID: AFP News document IDs are now clickable (ex. : http://doc.afp.com/62LM8XJ ) and redirect to the viewer for the relevant document. This facilitates sharing between users: simply send the ID to allow direct access to the document on the platform.
Photos: Renaming of the ‘Preview’ photo format to 'MidRes'. This is a publishable format, lighter than ‘HighRes’, ideal for web use.
Renamed ‘Business and Economy’ filter: The 'Economy' theme filter has been renamed ‘Business and Economy’ to better reflect the content it includes.
Photos: Improved photo credit copying: addition of a dedicated button and correction of the manual format with spaces between credits.
Articles: The ‘Copy to clipboard’ button now includes the date and time of publication of the article.
Restricted content: Addition of a link to an article detailing the types of restrictions, accessible directly from the red restriction red box.

Automatic collapsing of facets on the first search: to help you find the facet (search filter) you need as quickly as possible
People facets visibility: for your photo and video search results, you will see the people filter in a higher position on your screen

Single File Download: Quickly download individual photos and videos directly from the mosaic, without having to open the viewer.

Enhanced video production available on AFP News: Integration of the collection of the partner video agency Newsflare, specialising in the collection, verification and marketing of UGC videos. [More info here]
‘Inspiring’ editorial genre: Every Thursday, AFP broadcasts, under the “Inspiring” tag, stories illustrated with photos and videos from around the world, highlighting positive and altruistic initiatives, to show that the news can also be a beacon of hope. [More info here]
My Selections: Replacing "Saved Documents," this new feature lets you organize your content into personalized folders accessible from a dedicated tab. [More info here]
Editorial animation: A new "Front page" tab is now replacing the "Spotlight" and the dossiers. Each story is presented in sub-categories to find all related content in one place. A "Languages" filter is now available, so you can display the content in the language you chose. Shortcuts that lead you straight to the main news are now available under the search bar. Enhancement of available content on AFP News: integration of 2 new partners
EditorialFootage (by Nur) - videos : Videos covering news, lifestyle, economy, social issues, entertainment. Available in raw and pre-edited formats to meet various editorial and creative needs.
CNOSF (French National Olympic and Sports Committee) - photos: Distribution of archival photos from the 1924 Paris Olympic Games. Unique photographic archives: images of the competitions, venues, and atmosphere from the Games held a century ago.
Search improvement and various bug fixes
Integration of a "Give my feedback" button to gather insights on the platform experience, essential for continuous improvement.
"My subscription only" facet: refine the search results and display only text stories included in your text wire subscription.
Social Stories: a new .mp4 download format has been added to allow users to download Social Stories in their entirety, instead of slide by slide (.amp format).
Topvideo new filter/facet: displays only the most notable AFP videos. This selection of the best videos is made by the AFP editorial team.
Added Video Collections filter/facet on the Video tab. This allows:
Displaying only videos from your video subscription if you have one (such as AFPTV Newsrooms, AFPTV Ready to Publish, AFPTV Sports, etc.)
Displaying or hiding video partner content (Red Bull or SID),
Easier access to videographics (AFP Videographics), which are now accessible by checking "Animation" in the Formats Videos filter/facet.
"Included in your subscription" icon: An icon shows you at a glance which content is included in your subscription and which is not. [Learn more here.]
